How to choose correct sewing thread for sewing dust filter bags?

Dust filter bags include polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, nomex, pps, fiberglass, p84, ptfe filter bags.

To choose correct sewing thread for different dust filter bags, we need to consider the temperature resistance and chemical resistance of bag material.

Filter bag sewing thread working performance shall be same or better than filter bag material under same working condition.

Generally, what material of filter bags, the sewing thread will be same.

But for high temperature filter bags, if sewing filter bags automatically, such as nomex filter bags, fiberglass filter bags, p84 filter bags, or filter bags treated with ptfe lamination, better use ptfe sewing thread, since sewing speed is high, it require sewing thread is stronger, or else, thread will break easily.
