Process of sewing nomex filter bags:
-Cutting
nomex needle punched felt into the width according to bag diameter of nomex
filter bags
-Use
special filter bag sewing machines
to sew nomex filter bags body
-Make
nomex filter bag top and bottom
-Use
special filter bag sewing machines to sew nomex filter bag top and bottom on to
the filter bag body
-The
sewing thread for sewing nomex filter bag is ptfe sewing thread or nomex sewing
thread, if you are using automatic filter bag sewing machines, better use ptfe sewing thread.
