According to working temperature:
When temperature is less than 130 degree C, choose normal temperature dust filter bags, when temperature is 130-260 degree C, choose high temperature dust filter bags.
According to gas moisture:
Dust gas is divided into three states according to relative humidity.
Dry gas: relative humidity is below 30%
Normal gas: relative humidity is between 30%-80%
High humidity gas: relative humidity above 80%
When gas humidity is too high, shall use ptfe laminated and water repellent filter bags.
According to chemical properties of dust gas:
Acid, alkali, oxidant, organic solvents and other chemical components are contained in different of kinds of kiln flue gas and chemical waste gas. Therefore, shall select suitable dust collector filter bags which are with acid, alkali and oxidation resistance according to the chemical composition contained in the gas.

According to wet ability and adhesiveness of dust:
If the dust is hygroscopic and has a strong adhesion, shall select dust filter bags which are treated with ptfe lamination/membrane and water proof or water repellent.
According to flammability and charging of dust: when some dusts are flammable, flame retardant dust filter bags should be selected. Antistatic dust filter bag is specially used for charged dust.

Cooling of dust collector bag house high temperature gas

When use dust collector bag house to treat high temperature gas, shall select high temperature resistant filter bags/sleeve materials. Right now, woven fiberglass is used most often. It is can be working under continuous temperature 260 degree C. But when the temperature of the flue gas exceeds the allowable temperature of the filter material, before entering the bag type dust collector, it is generally required to be cooled (should be kept above the dew point temperature), and there are three kinds of cooling methods:
1, natural cooling: lengthening the length of the pipe conveying gas, The gas is cooled by the natural convection and radiation heat of the pipe and the surrounding air. The utility model is more used for metal pipes, and can be used as s type for making distance longer. The method is simple, and the cooling effect is weak, and the occupation space is larger.
2, water cooling: sparing cooling water into the high temperature flue gas directly, it is also called cooling tower. Section air flow of wind cooling tower is usually 2-3.5 m / s. To prevent the water into the dust collector bag filter, can use the temperature control system to regulate the amount of water.
3, cooling by mixing cold air: inhalation limited amount of nearby air, it means mixing nearby air with high temperature gas to reduce the temperature.

When the trap is used for catching high temperature smoke, the ambient air can be absorbed at the same time. This method is simple, but this will increase the filtration air volume.

Take the filter bag cages out of rust moving tank, put filter bag cages into phosphating bath for doing phosphating and enhacing the adhesion of the filter bag cage surface.
Put the proceeded filter bag cage into the oven for drying for 20 minutes, set the temperature of oven at 2100 degree C, this is to remove the moisture of filter bag cages and keep the filter bag cage dry.
After drying, do spray and coating of filter bag cages. The thickness of coating is 60-100micron.
Put the painted filter bag cages into oven, set the temperature at 2220 degree C, do baking for 120 minutes. Then keep temperature at 2220 degree C, do heating setting up for 30minutes. Making filter bag cage cool down, then filter bags cages are finished.

Roger Federer is in the Wimbledon semifinals for the 12th time.
The seven-time champion at the All-England Club beat Milos Raonic 6-4, 6-2, 7-6 (4) on Center Court.
Federer will next face Tomas Berdych on Friday in the semifinals. Berdych advanced when Novak Djokovic retired from their match with an injury.
Raonic beat Federer in the semifinals last year, and then lost to Andy Murray in the final.
"When you see that they're there for you, it's a bit of an unusual feeling. I'm very touched, actually, to have so much support," Federer said. "I never would have imagined when I was younger that I would have experienced this."Less than a month from his 36th birthday, Federer is still giving 'em what they want. When Wimbledon began, Federer and the rest of the Big 4 — Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and Rafael Nadal — had accounted for each of the past 14 men's singles championships. Now, as the tournament heads to the semifinals on Friday, only Federer remains.

When it comes to industrial filtration, there are several different filter types to choose from when working with industrial grade liquids, including both bag filters and cartridge filters. Ultimately, however, the final choice comes down to choosing the right filtration technology to meet the performance demands of your facility, while remaining within your projected operating costs. Both bag and cartridge style filters offer removable media, but the final decision should be based on the application, as each type of media has its advantages and disadvantages.

BAG FILTERS
Bag filters are often the best choice for any number of industrial applications. These types of filters use a wide range of filtration media based on the application, such as activated carbon, needle felt, and nylon monofilament mesh. The operate by trapping waste solids inside the bag and are considered to be a relatively low-cost form of industrial filtration.
However, these filters have a smaller surface area than most cartridge filters. The low overall operating cost makes bag filters an excellent choice for small batch operations where the cost of a self-cleaning system would not be justified. Along with this, small operations will not have a high bag replacement frequency leading to lower disposal costs. Water treatment solutions –about filter bag and filter cartridge

In many filtering applications, a choice between the use cartridge filter or a bag filter has to be made. Both are sediment filters, that is to say they reduce the amount of sediments transported by the fluid trough filtration.
There are some differences between these two filter systems:
- The choice of cartridge filter depends on the application. Cartridge filters are preferable for systems with contaminations lower than 100 ppm, that is to say with contamination levels lower than 0.01% in weight.
Cartridge filter can be surface or depth-type filter: depth-type filters capture particles and contaminant through the total thickness of the medium, while in surface filters (that are usually made of thin materials like papers, woven wire, cloths) particles are blocked on the surface of the filter.
Surface filters are best if you are filtering sediment of similar-sized particles. If all particles are i.e. five micron, a pleated 5-micron filter works best because it has more surface area than other filters. Compared with pleated surface filters, depth filters have a limited surface area, but they have the advantage of depth.
It can be generally stated that if the size of filter surface is increased, higher flows are possible, the filter last longer, and the dirt holding capacity increases. Cartridge filters are normally designed disposable: this means that they have to be replaced when the filter is clogged.
Bag filters are in general frequently used for dust removal in industrial applications. The flow can be from the outside to the inside of the filter (that means, the separation of particles happens on the external surface of the filter) or the other way around, depending on the application. The particles are normally captured on the internal surface of the bag filter.
Bag filters are in general not designed for replacement when they are clogged, but some bag filters for gaseous applications like dust removal can be cleaned, for example by mechanical shaking or by backwashing with compressed air (so called reverse-flow bag filters).
Bag filters are mostly surface-type filters.

- A rule of thumb is that for concentrations higher than 5 mg/m3 a surface filter is favored, while for concentrations lower than 0.5 mg/m3 a depth-type filter is preferred. In general surface filters can by backwashed and cleaned more easily, while depth-type filters normally have to be disposed when clocked.

WHAT IT FILTERS
