If the flue gas temperature of the long-term treatment of the dust collector exceeds the working conditions of the bag, it is easy to harden and contract the dust filter bag, or to melt the hole. If the thickness of the initial layer is not enough, the flow of sparks in the flue gas or the heating of the dust may also cause the dust filter bag to be burnt out. The dust filter bag burning is mainly reflected in the online replacement of the new dust bag. Since no pre coating is carried out after the online replacement, the high temperature flue gas carries the sparks directly to the cloth bag, which is easy to damage the dust filter bag. 2.    Abrasion: wearing dust filter bag mainly occurs in the middle part of the dust collector. The single filter bag wearing mainly occurs in the range of 1 meter away from the filter bag top. The main reason is that the gas distribution is uneven, the velocity in the middle part of the single chamber is too high. The velocity of the filter gas is too high in the outlet of the single dust collection filter bag, which causes the dust impact and the wear cloth filter bag, and the fabric fiber tension of the dust bag is damaged, the local cloth bag perforation is easy to be perforated and the cycle time is too short. The dust collector filter bags for frequent wear parts are replaced by wear resistant cloth filter bags.

3.    The distance between the dust filter bags is too small, and the filter cage bending is easy to cause the wear between filter bags.
