According to working
temperature:
When
temperature is less than 130 degree C, choose normal temperature dust filter bags, when temperature is 130-260 degree C, choose high temperature dust filter
bags.
According to gas
moisture:
Dust
gas is divided into three states according to relative humidity.
Dry
gas: relative humidity is below 30%
Normal
gas: relative humidity is between 30%-80%
High
humidity gas: relative humidity above 80%
When
gas humidity is too high, shall use ptfe laminated and water repellent filter bags.
According to chemical
properties of dust gas:
Acid,
alkali, oxidant, organic solvents and other chemical components are contained
in different of kinds of kiln flue gas and chemical waste gas. Therefore, shall
select suitable dust collector filter bags which are with acid, alkali and
oxidation resistance according to the chemical composition contained in the
gas.

According to wet
ability and adhesiveness of dust:
If
the dust is hygroscopic and has a strong adhesion, shall select dust filter bags which are treated with ptfe lamination/membrane and water proof or water
repellent.
According to
flammability and charging of dust: when some dusts are flammable, flame
retardant dust filter bags should be selected. Antistatic dust filter bag is
specially used for charged dust.

Shall
select dust filter bags with thin, smooth and soft material which is conducive
to the transmission of vibration waves.
Air reversed dust
collector bag house:
Shall
select dust filter bag with soft material which is with stable structure and
good wear resistance.
Pulse jet bag filter: normally
use round dust filter bag with support filter bag cage/frame. And the filter bag materials shall be thick, wear resistant and with strong tensile
resistance.
