For cement rotary kiln, the general working temperature range is 350~400 degree C, the dust particle concentration is 60~90g per square meter,

 As one dust filter bag manufacturer, Shanghai Indro did many cases of cement filter bags. According to our record, in working condition of cement rotary kiln, generally dust particle in size of 0~20um is 40-50%, dust particle in size of 10-30um is 20~30%, dust particle in size of 30-100um is 5~10%.

First doing cooling to make temperature into approx 250 degree C, then use filter bags to do dust collection and removal.
