Bag broken reason of liquid filter bags share from direct liquid filter bag manufacturer-Shanghai Filterworkshop

Liquid filter bag is for solid-liquid separation.

Liquid filter bag broken is generally cause by following factors:

1.    Pressure: running pressure shall be within range of permitted. Drop pressure can be running according to regulations. There are two kinds of method to check drop pressure, one is cheap mechanical pressure gauge, there is big tolerance; another one is flow gauge, it is with a little higher cost and small tolerance.

2.    Liquid filter bag process: Right now, there are sewn and welding processes; hot welding filter bag pressure capacity is approx 10kg, and also the V type bottom is with higher pressure capacity than U type bottom; sewn filter bag pressure capacity is approx 16kgs. But if thread broken or skipped stitching phenomenon occur easily, the drop pressure will become higher during operation, the impurities will become cake. So the filter bag process is very important.

3.    Liquid filter bag using: The filter bag is not fixed after installation, it will move while the liquid is rotating. The filter basket polishing affect filter bag working as well.

4.    Other case or material problems: wrong filter bag installation or filter bag operation, or bag house design can probably cause filter bag broken.

And also choosing correct filter bag material is same important. Not suitable material also cause bag broken.
