How many sets of machines are used to make both common pleated filter cartridges and high flow filter cartridges?

Recently a customer told us that he plans to produce ordinary small diameter filter cartridges and high-flow filter cartridges, which machines can be shared? Which machines must be used separately?

The process of making both of common diameter pleated filter cartridges and high flow filter cartridges are same: filter pleats making-middle seam welding-pleats width cutter/edge trimming off- cap welding-length connector welding-fitting end welding.

Pleat makers and middle seam welding machines can be shared when you want to make both small diameter and high flow pleated filter cartridges.

For other machines, such as pleats cutter (filter cutters), cap welding, length connector welding and fitting ends welders (welding machines) shall be used separately, because the diameter differences are too big.

And the PP membrane pleats middle seam welding machine is different from PES/fiberglass/PTFE/Nylon membrane pleats middle seam welding machine, their working principle is different, if you want to produce PP membrane and PES/fiberglass/PTFE/Nylon membrane pleated filter cartridges shall use 2 sets of middle seam welding machines at least.
