What kind of gas dust can be removed by bag type dust collector? Sharpening dust, explosive dust, high temperature and high humidity gas dust, corrosive gas dust, INDRO filtration introduces you more information as followings:

Sharpening dust
When dealing with sharpening dust such as alumina, silica and sinter, the coarse particles in the dust and the high velocity of air flow in the bag filter cause strong wear and tear on the bag and shell of the filter. Therefore, measures should be taken to reduce the absolute quantity of coarse dust and the velocity of dust-containing gas, such as setting up pre-dust removal device before flue gas enters the bag filter, strictly controlling the inlet velocity of filter bag and adding wear-resistant materials at the easy-wearing place of air inlet.

Explosive dust
Explosive dust explodes needs to be with the following three conditions at the same time:
1. Flammable substances exist in flue gas at suitable concentrations.
2. There is sufficient oxygen and oxidant.
3. There is a source of fire.
Therefore, when purifying such gases, measures should be taken to destroy the above three conditions or the occurrence of certain conditions. Simply speaking, it is to control the ingredients, extinguish fire seeds; eliminating static electricity, grounding equipment; monitor explosion-proof, fire-fighting and explosion-releasing.

High temperature and high humidity gas dust
The flue gases of various industrial kilns and dryers belong to high temperature flue gases, and most of them contain a lot of water and sulfur oxides. Dust bag can deal with the flue gas below 300 at present. If the temperature exceeds this, the flue gas should be pre-cooled. In special cases, the high temperature flue gas between 450-550 can be directly treated with metal fiber filter material. It is becoming more and more common to treat the flue gas of steam boiler, cement kiln, metallurgical kiln, incinerator and other high temperature kilns with bag filter at home and abroad. Although the bag filter is limited by its filter material's temperature resistance, it can deal with the high temperature flue gas whose temperature is as high as 1200 ~ 1400 by proper treatment of the flue gas of the system.

Corrosive gas dust
In the flue gas purification system, there are mainly two kinds of media, gas and dust, which have corrosive effect on the dust bag, such as sulfuric acid gas formed by the presence of sulfur molecules in coal and heavy oil fuels, or salt dust produced by water. Since the corrosion phenomenon in flue gas purification occurs when the temperature of flue gas is below the acid dew point, it is necessary to ensure that the flue gas of the system runs above the dew point temperature. In the selection of filter media, according to the characteristics of corrosive substances produced by flue gas, the corresponding filter media should be adopted. For the purification system with serious corrosion and high requirements, such as pharmaceutical, food, carbon black production, the important parts of dust bag should be made of stainless steel or coated with anticorrosive coating.

It is suitable for dust collection in food, flour, sugar, fertilizer plant, electroplating, pesticide and other conditions.
Suitable for continuous working temperature less than 110, instantaneous less than 115 working conditions, oxidation resistance is general, PH value range: 6 - 13, relative humidity < 5%.
Dust collection for working conditions such as detergent, pulverized coal and so on
It is suitable for the condition of continuous temperature less than 130 and no more than 150. It has good antioxidant capacity, acid alkali resistance and pH range: 4 to 12, relative humidity < 4%, and the life expectancy is affected by the water content of flue gas at high temperature.
It is applied to mine, limestone powder, cement raw material, mill and packaging, iron making, continuous casting, sintering, electric furnace dust removal, alumina transportation, electrolytic aluminum flue gas, non-ferrous metal smelting gas, and dust collection in wood processing, grain processing and pharmaceutical industries.
It is suitable for working conditions with a continuous temperature less than 160 and no more than 200 instantaneously. Antioxidant capacity is not good, has excellent acid and alkali resistance, pH range: 1 - 14, relative humidity >30%
Used for dust collection of low-oxygen flue gas in coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, metal smelting, chemical industry, etc.
It is suitable for the condition of continuous temperature less than 204 and no more than 240 at the moment. The antioxidant capacity is general, pH range: 5 - 9, relative humidity <10%. At high temperature, its performance is affected by water content.
Dust collection suitable for asphalt mixing, non-ferrous metal smelting, ceramic, glass, cement industry kiln head (grate cooler), steel plant blast furnace gas and other working conditions
Suitable for continuous temperature less than 220, instantaneous no more than 260 working conditions, oxidation resistance is general, PH value range: 3 - 13, relative humidity < 25%
It is used for collecting gas from chemical industry, metal smelting, garbage incineration, cement kiln tail and coal-burning boiler.
It is suitable for the condition of continuous temperature less than 250 and no more than 280 at the moment. It has excellent resistance to various chemical corrosion properties. The pH range is 1 - 14 and relative humidity >30%. The filter material has excellent cleaning performance.
It is used for high temperature flue gas dust collection in chemical industry, coal-fired boiler, garbage incineration and non-ferrous metal smelting.
Suitable for continuous working temperature less than 260, instantaneous less than 280,working conditions, good oxidation resistance, PH value range: 4-9, relative humidity 55%
High temperature flue gas collection for cement, coal fired boilers, waste incineration, steelmaking electric furnaces, blast furnace gas and ferroalloy furnace.

How to do dust collector and removal when the gas or smoke dust is sticky?
The need for economic development is science and technology, and the production of industrial products also increases with the environmental problems, air pollution, smoke and dust emission exceed the standard. The situation of air pollution is very severe. At present, it is necessary to use activated carbon adsorption, desulfurization and denitrification equipment as well as dust filter dust remover in order to realize the emission of smoke and dust emission from industrial enterprises. What is the main dust collector for viscous flue gas dusting?

-What is the measure of the adhesion of dust?
What is the stickiness of dust? The adhesion of dust to the surface of other substances can be said to be that the dust has adherence, and that the adhesion also has a strong and weak point. The general adhesion strength is higher than 600Pa, which is called strong adhesive dust, but between 300 and 600Pa, it is called medium adhesive dust, like some adhesion strength below 100Pa at more than 60Pa In other words, it is only slightly adhesive. If adhesion is below 60Pa, adhesion can be ignored.

-What are the effects of dust adhesion on dust collector equipment?
If dust collector pipes have been blocked or there is dust sludge, then this is the phenomenon after filtering the sticky flue gas. In the past, the dust removal technology is still relatively backward, so it is also a lot of effort in the maintenance of dust removal equipment, if it is easy to clean up the dust on the wall of the equipment can be used reluctantly. But there is adhesive dust on the polar plate and pole line of the electrostatic precipitator, so it is difficult to remove. For the bag type dust collector used, it is really a nightmare for the dust adhesion to the dust collector filter bag, so the number and intensity of the dust removal should be increased; and for the filter bag filter equipment used, we know that the filter bag is the main part of the dust collector. The treatment of this kind of sticky flue gas, we can reduce the filter area of a single filter bag, increase the number of filter bags, thereby improving the ash removal effect.

When gas dust is sticky, normal filter material cannot filter it very well, we shall use PTFE laminated filter bags, which is with smooth filtration surface, dust cleaning will be easy and dust will not go into the inside of filter material to realize surface filtration.
